- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Pitted Green Olives
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Pistachios
- 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/2 Sweet Onion (Small)
- Bunch of Parsley Leaves
- 3 Tbsp Zeytin's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, more to taste
- 1 Tsp Pomegranate Molasses
- Black Pepper
- Splash of lemon juice (optional)
- Coarsely chop walnuts, pitted green olives and roasted pistachios and toss them in a bowl.
- Finely dice half of a small sweet onion and add them to the nuts and olives. Add in chopped parsley leaves along with the pomegranate seeds.
- Mix in 2 tbsp. of Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 tsp. pomegranate molasses. Add in freshly ground black pepper and squeeze some lemon juice on top if you like.
- Drizzle another tablespoon of Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top and enjoy!
Food Pairings: This appetizer tastes amazing alone but can also be enjoyed as a side next to fish or meat.
