Zeytin's Troya Salad (with Walnuts, Pistachios and Pomegranate)


  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Pitted Green Olives
  • 1/2 Cup Roasted Pistachios
  • 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/2 Sweet Onion (Small)
  • Bunch of Parsley Leaves
  • 3 Tbsp Zeytin's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, more to taste
  • 1 Tsp Pomegranate Molasses
  • Black Pepper
  • Splash of lemon juice (optional)


  1. Coarsely chop walnuts, pitted green olives and roasted pistachios and toss them in a bowl.  
  2. Finely dice half of a small sweet onion and add them to the nuts and olives. Add in chopped parsley leaves along with the pomegranate seeds.
  3. Mix in 2 tbsp. of Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 tsp. pomegranate molasses. Add in freshly ground black pepper and squeeze some lemon juice on top if you like. 
  4. Drizzle another tablespoon of Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top and enjoy!

Food Pairings: This appetizer tastes amazing alone but can also be enjoyed as a side next to fish or meat.
