Pistachio Overnight Oats

These oats are quick to make and are a lifesaver in the morning. Try them out and let share your bow with us! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 tbsp Peppertux Farms Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup OR
  • 1-2 tbsp Peppertux Farms Original Pistachio Butter
  • 1/4 milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds’

TO GARNISH

  • 2 tbsp Peppertux Farms Original Pistachio Butter
  • 1 tbsp pistachio crumbs
  • Freeze-dried raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk together Peppertux Farms Unsweetened Pistachio Butter and maple syrup OR just Peppertux Farms Original Pistachio Butter with milk, yogurt and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir in oats, chia seeds and hemp seeds, ensure all ingredients are well combined. 
  3. Refrigerate oats overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  4. Layer Peppertux Farms Original Pistachio Butter on top of the oats. Garnish with pistachio crumbs and and freeze-dried raspberries.
