Pistachio Pesto Recipe

Ditch the pine nuts and try this amazingly rich and creamy version with our 100% pistachio butter. Here we go:


  • 3 bunches fresh basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup Peppertux Farms Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
  • 1/2 cup grated/shaved parmesan reggiano
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt, pepper to taste



  1. In a food processor, pulse all ingredients until completely combined and smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days.
