Ditch the pine nuts and try this amazingly rich and creamy version with our 100% pistachio butter. Here we go:
- 3 bunches fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 cup Peppertux Farms Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
- 1/2 cup grated/shaved parmesan reggiano
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt, pepper to taste
- In a food processor, pulse all ingredients until completely combined and smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days.
