Pistachio Goat Cheese Balls

Need to impress your guests? Make these 7 ingredient pistachio goat cheese balls as a crowd pleasing appetizer! They look super fancy but are super easy to make!


  • 2 tbsp Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
  • 6 oz goat cheese, softened 
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Fresh thyme, chopped
  • Fresh chives, chopped
  • 10 dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped


  • In a large bowl, combine Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter, goat cheese, cream cheese, thyme and chives together. 
  • Using a cookie dough scooper (or a spoon) place a tablespoon of the goat cheese mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, combined chopped apricots with pistachios.
  • Shape into balls and roll them in the apricot and pistachio mixture. 
  • Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next day!
