Flat Pistachio Croissant

We've all seen flat croissants across social media, so we decided to try these ourselves! Boy, were they so darn delicious and amazingly easy to make. A must try indeed!

INGREDIENTS

  • Croissant, day old works perfectly fine
  • 2 heaping tbsp Peppertux Vegan Pistachio Cream
  • Optional: chopped pistachios to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place a croissant on a panini maker and press down firmly for about 1-2 minutes. 
  • Once beautifully toasted, spread two heaping tablespoons (or more, no judgments here!) of Peppertux Vegan Pistachio Cream on top of the flat croissant and sprinkle chopped pistachios for an extra crunch. Enjoy!
