  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

Topping (per crepe)

  • 1 tbsp
    • Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
    • Peppertux Original Pistachio Butter
    • Peppertux Vegan Pistachio Cream
  • Chopped pistachios
  • Berries or fruit of choice


  • In a blender, combine all ingredients. Optional: let the batter sit in the fridge for an hour.
  • On a preheated non-stick pan, pour 1/4 cup of batter, swirling the pan to coat the base evenly.
  • Cook for 30 seconds and flip. Cook for another 30 seconds and place aside.
  • Continue until all the batter is used.
  • Top the crepes with Peppertux Pistachio Butter or PIstachio Cream, chopped pistachios and berries for the best crepes ever!
