INGREDIENTS
Granola
- 4 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups nuts and/or seeds (shelled pistachios, chopped pistachios, slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, etc.)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup
- Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
- Peppertux Original Pistachio Butter OR
- Peppertux Pistachio Cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Bowl / Toppings
- 1 cup milk or yogurt
- Fruits (raspberries, blueberries, bananas, peaches, etc.)
- 2 tbsp
- Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
- Peppertux Original Pistachio Butter OR
- Peppertux Pistachio Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds and salt.Â
- In a separate bowl, combine Peppertux Pistachio Butter or Pistachio Cream, Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Add pistachio mixture into the oat mixture and stir until everything is coated.Â
- Pour pistachio granola onto the baking sheet. Spread evenly across the tray.Â
- Bake until lightly golden, about 21-24 minutes, stirring halfway to ensure even baking.Â
- Let the granola cool completely (45+ minutes).Â
- When you're ready to eat, place granola inside a bowl with milk or yogurt. Top the bowl with your favorite fruit and a generous spoon or two of Peppertux Pistachio Butter or Pistachio Cream and enjoy!
