Pistachio Sauce or Pistachio Chimichurri

Say hello to the new chimichurri! Create a pistachio sauce the nutty, cheeky twist on classic chimichurri! Drizzle it on grilled meats, veggies, or pasta for a burst of zesty fun that will make your taste buds dance with joy!


  • 3 tbsp Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
  • 3 tbsp leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 red chile pepper, minced (can sub with red pepper flakes)
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 3/4 cups Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


  • Combine Peppertux Pistachio Butter, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, chile pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl. Enjoy with meats or fish dishes!
