PISTACHIO AFFOGATO RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 tbsp Peppertux Pistachio Cream
- 1 heaping scoop of pistachio ice cream (recipe here), sub vanilla ice cream
- 1 shot of espresso
- Optional: chopped pistachios to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Spread Peppertux Pistachio Cream all around the inside a coffee mug.Â
- Scoop ice cream and place inside the mug.
- Slowly pour a shot of espresso or your favorite coffee over the ice cream.
- Dig in and enjoy!
