INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup
- Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
- Peppertux Original Pistachio Butter OR
- Peppertux Pistachio Cream
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2Â cup raspberries
- 1 cup chocolate, melted
- 1Â tsp coconut oil
- Optional: 2 tbsp Peppertux Pistachio Butter or Pistachio Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine Peppertux Pistachio Butter or Pistachio Cream and yogurt.
- Gently fold in raspberries, fully coating them with the pistachio yogurt.
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Scoop pistachio raspberry mixture onto the tray into 10-ish clusters and freeze for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Dip the clusters in the chocolate, fully coating them.
- Drizzle Peppertux Pistachio Butter or Pistachio Cream on top to garnish and enjoy!
Note: All berries pair well with pistachios, so you can make these into pistachio blueberry yogurt clusters or pistachio strawberry yogurt clusters by subbing the raspberries if desired.
