Pistachio Tiramisu Recipe

  • 16oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 jar Peppertux Vegan Pistachio Cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 package lady fingers
  • Optional
    • 3 table Peppertux Pistachio Cream
    • chopped pistachios and/or
    • pistachio flour to garnish


  • Using a handheld mixer or stand mixer, whip mascarpone cheese and Peppertux Pistachio Cream.
  • Add heavy cream and beat until fluffy.
  • Soak ladyfingers in coffee. Layer half the cookies on an 8” x 8” cake pan.
  • Pour half the pistachio cream mixture on top. Drizzle Peppertux Pistachio Cream on top.
  • Place the remaining half of the cookies on top, along with the remaining half of the pistachio cream mixture.
  • Drizzle more Peppertux Pistachio Cream and garnish with chopped pistachios.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and enjoy!
