Pistachio Chocolate Magnum Bars

  • 3 cups pistachio ice cream: recipe for the best pistachio ice cream here
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • Optional: Peppertux Pistachio Butter or Vegan Pistachio Cream, chopped pistachios to garnish


      • Pour pistachio ice cream into silicone ice cream molds and freeze overnight. 
      • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil and place in a deep container.
      • Dip pistachio ice cream into the melted chocolate, sprinkle chopped pistachios or drizzle Peppertux Pistachio Butter or Pistachio Cream on top. Freeze for another 15 minutes and enjoy!
