INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups pistachio ice cream: recipe for the best pistachio ice cream here
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Optional: Peppertux Pistachio Butter or Vegan Pistachio Cream, chopped pistachios to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour pistachio ice cream into silicone ice cream molds and freeze overnight.Â
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil and place in a deep container.
